The Premier Processing Plant on the Central Coast
Started in 1997 as an EMU processing plant we have expanded considerably beyond when we first started. We have just finished construction on our new smoke room, processing room, and cooler enlarging the plant by almost 50%. By adding in the smoking room we are able to provide our customers with the value added support that they need from a USDA plant. We are able to smoke hams, bacons, jerky and sausage and just about any other product you can imagine. We are also continuing to work on plant improvements such as an enlarged freezer and a game processing room.
At Creston Valley Meats we are always working with the customer to ensure that the best possible product is produced. Our products are routinely seen in grocery stores and restaurants from Los Angeles to San Francisco.
