These are spring lambs born in March and April of this year. They will be small and average around 30 pounds. Some may be bigger. The owner needs to get rid of them (she makes sheep cheese, thus needs the milk) and has about 200 left. The price is $4.50 per pound cut into basic cuts with steaks and roasts or halves, quarters or sixth’s. These are all USDA inspected, nice lambs, just small but, very tender.
