Website Upgrades, Feed Real Summit Rewards & Pet Food Specials!
Hello Creston Valley Meats Family!
We have been making important upgrades to our website, delivery options, inventory tracking, and order-picking system. Our goal is to better serve all types of customers while never compromising the quality or safety of our products.
A Sincere Apology—and an Honest Update
We sincerely apologize to customers who recently had products missing from their deliveries. We have new employees in training, and at the same time, we have been updating our technology and internal systems.
We know this has caused frustration and inconvenience, and we are truly sorry. Our small but mighty team is working extremely hard to correct these issues.
We believe our new order-picking and inventory system may have finally helped us conquer many of the problems we were experiencing! It should allow us to track inventory more accurately, prepare orders more efficiently, and reduce missing items.
Important Information About Substitutions
When an item you ordered is unavailable, our team may substitute another product so you do not run short on food for your pets.
We do this because we know many of our customers depend on these deliveries. Whenever possible, we try to call or text you before making a substitution. Unfortunately, with so many orders and delivery details to manage, we sometimes run out of time to contact everyone.
If you do not want substitutions, please write “NO SUBSTITUTIONS” in the Additional Notes section of your order.
You may also use that section to tell us:
- Which products you would accept as substitutions
- Which products you do not want
- Any special order or delivery instructions
Thank you for your patience as we train new team members and improve our systems. We are working hard to make your ordering and delivery experience more dependable.
