This is all-natural no nitrate bacon. Sold by the pound. You will notice a slight lighter color due to the lack of nitrates. Flavor is very good. Shelf life is only about 3 days after you open the package. The nitrates help preserve products, so you will need to eat it within 3 days or re-freeze. please put the number of pounds you want in the order box.
